The CIRCOR Power & Process Sizing Tool is a revolutionary program that allows users to precisely select and size the right product to fit their specific application needs.

Designed and developed as an intuitive, user friendly program, the Sizing Tool produces the following industry standard reports:

Specification Sheet
Analysis Sheet
Factory Notes / QA Plan
Flow Curve
Outline Drawing
Orifice Sheet

Features:

Incorporates Leslie Controls, Mallard Control, and RTK products.
User can configure equipment for both brands into a single project.
Core program calculates properties such as Cv, velocities and noise level.
Also solves for flow or differential pressure based on a given Cv.
Determines if any adverse flow conditions exist, such as cavitation, flashing, high velocity and high noise, warning the user and recommending possible solutions.
Provides sizing and selection of the manufacturers actuator along with accessories, materials and factory notes selection.

Note for CS users running version prior to v2.5.0:
Launching the setup will first uninstall the existing Circor Select application. Once uninstalled, re-launch the setup to install the latest version. Download & install the Base Program v2.5.0.

Note for new users (First Time):
Download & install the Base Program v2.5.0.
